Meet Aidy Gelley, MSW, RCSWI
Aidy Gelley is a dedicated advocate for healing and transformation. Aidy earned a master's degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work and believes in the potential for change and healing in every individual's life.
With specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Aidy is dedicated to helping individuals move through trauma and unlock their full potential.
Drawing inspiration from Mandy Hale's words, "10 years from now, make sure you can say that you chose your life, you didn't settle for it,” Aidy is committed to empower individuals to shape their futures by making choices that lead to a life filled with purpose, connection and healing.
Aidy’s experience includes volunteering as a mentor for at-risk youth, working as a high school social worker, and working with individuals who have experienced trauma. These roles have shaped Aidy's understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care. Aidy firmly believes that everyone has the power to change their life with the right support and perseverance.
In sessions with Aidy, clients will find a compassionate and understanding therapist who meets them where they are. Aidy creates a safe and trusting environment for collaboration, understanding that connection is a powerful catalyst for healing.
